Use this panel to create follow-up items for your appointment and configure SMS notifications if they are enabled in Sage CRM.

Create Follow-up Task

Create a new follow-up task based on the current appointment.

The follow-up task is created when you save the current appointment with this option selected.

Create Follow-up Appointment

Create a new follow-up appointment based on the current appointment.

The follow-up appointment is created when you save the current appointment with this option selected.

Create Follow-up Opportunity

Create a new opportunity based on the current appointment.

This option is available only when editing an existing appointment.

Send SMS Message Immediately

Send a notification SMS message to the users added to the User option in the Scheduling panel.

This option is available only if your system administrator has enabled SMS messaging in Sage CRM.
