Removing external attendees from an appointment
- Click My CRM | Calendar.
- Locate and open the appointment from which you want to remove external attendees. For more information, see Viewing appointments.
- In the top left corner of the appointment, click the External Attendees tab.
- In the Remove column, select the check boxes next to the external attendees you want to remove.
- Click Remove Selected Attendees from Appointment.
When you remove external attendees, the appointment is removed from the Communications tab of the Person records representing the external attendees.
