Removing an attached file from a task
- Click My CRM | Calendar.
- Locate and open the task from which you want to remove an attachment. For more information, see Viewing tasks.
- In the top left corner of the task, click the Attachments tab. The number in parenthesis next to the tab name shows the number of files attached to the task.
- In the File column, click the name of the attachment you want to remove.
- Click Delete, and then click Confirm Delete.
