Viewing an attached file
- Click My CRM | Calendar.
- Locate and open the task that contains the attached file you want to view. For more information, see Viewing tasks.
- In the top left corner of the task, click the Attachments tab. The number in parenthesis next to the tab name shows the number of files attached to the task.
- In the list of attachments, click
next to the attachment you want to view.
Alternatively, click the attached file name, and then click View Attachment.
