Adding a record to a group from the record summary screen
You can add a person, company, case, opportunity, or lead record to a static group from the record's summary screen.
You can add a company with no people to a group. However, the group cannot appear in an Outbound Call list.
- On the top bar, click the Search arrow and click <Entity>.
- Find the record you want to add to the group.
- Click the record link to open the record summary screen.
- Click Add to Group.
- Select the group from Select Group.
- Click Save.
