If the column to be updated is a date field, set Value to 0 to set the field to the current date/time. Use an integer to set the date/time to an offset (in minutes) from the current date/time. For example, 30 = 30 minutes from now, 10080 = 7 days from now, and 129600 = 90 days (3 months) from now.
