Any custom entity that has communications
Before completing the steps below, make sure that you have connected to your organizational Exchange Online account as described in Connecting to your Exchange Online account.
- In Sage CRM, open the record into which you want to import email messages from your Exchange Online account.
- Select Import Emails.
- Under Email folder, select the folder that stores the email messages you want to import.
This opens a list of the messages that reside in the selected folder of your connected Exchange Online account.
By default, the list displays all messages residing in the folder, including those you have imported into Sage CRM earlier. To hide the messages that have already been imported, select Hide imported emails.
The Filed Against column uses the following formats to show the record against which the email has been filed. The column shows the parent Person and Company only if the record has them.
