Creating a report
- Click Reports | <Report Category>.
- Click New.
- Complete the Report Details panel fields. When you select a Source View, the Select Column panel appears.
- Use the Select Column panel fields and buttons to select columns for the report contents and click Continue.
- Specify search criteria for the report and click Continue.
When you select Relative and Week in the search criteria, the report doesn't return data for the last seven days. Rather, it returns data for the seven days prior to the start of the current week, which is set in the My week starts on option in the user preferences.
- Complete the Report Formatting panel fields to define how data is displayed in the report.
- To add a chart to the report, complete the Chart Options panel fields.
- Click Save.
