Viewing and editing shared documents
Only system administrators and info managers can edit shared documents.
- Select My CRM | Shared Documents.
- Enter filter criteria to display the document you want to edit.
- Select the document link.
- Select View Attachment to download the attached document.
- Open the document, make your changes, and save the document locally to your computer. Note the document file name.
- In Sage CRM select Delete and Confirm Delete to delete the existing document.
- Select Add File to upload the updated document.
- Select Save.
