Telephone numbers

When Sage CRM detects a full telephone number on a summary screen, it formats the number as a telephone link. A full telephone number is a number containing country and area code.

You can tap a telephone link on a phone-capable device to call a phone number. On a desktop computer, when you select a telephone link, you are normally prompted to choose an application in which you want to open the link.
