Description

Connect to Email Account

Use this button to connect to an organizational Exchange Online account. When you are connected, you can start importing contacts or email messages from your Exchange Online account to Sage CRM. For more information, see Importing contacts and email messages from Exchange Online.

This button is available only if your system administrator has enabled the import of contacts and email messages in Sage CRM.

Create Email Signature

Allows you to create your default email signature. This button is available only if you don't have an email signature. For more information, see Creating your email signature.

Edit Email Signature

Allows you to delete your existing default email signature. For more information, see Editing your email signature and Deleting your email signature.

Switch Email Account

Use this button to switch the Exchange Online account you are connected to.

This button is available only if you are currently connected to an Exchange Online account.
