Assigning a user to a team

  1. Click <My Profile> | Administration | Users | Users.
  2. Enter the user's Last name and click Find.
  3. Click the user hyperlink.
  4. Click Change.
  5. Select the team from Primary team.
  6. Select additional teams that the user can view from Display team. For example, the Sales Manager may require access to the Direct Sales and Telesales teams.
  7. Click Save.
