Viewing solutions
The account you use must have rights to access solutions.
There are several ways to view solutions.
- Open a Case record and click the Solutions tab.
- On the top bar, click the Search arrow and click Solution.
- If you're a frequent user of solutions, you may find it convenient to view the list of all solutions currently assigned to you from the My CRM area:
- Click <My Profile> | Preferences.
- Click Change.
- Set Show Solutions In My CRM to Yes.
- Click Save.
