Checking if a Person or Company record was sent to Mailchimp

  1. Open the Person or Company record you want to check.
    You can quickly search for the record you want to open. For details, see Using Quick Find.
  2. On the Summary tab, see the value of the This record was sent to option.

    Possible values:

    • <blank> Indicates that the record hasn't been sent to Mailchimp.
    • Mailchimp
To completely remove the personal data of a person or lead from Sage CRM, you need to manually delete that data from the linked Mailchimp accounts. For details, see the documentation provided by Mailchimp.
