Checking if a Person or Company record was sent to Mailchimp
- Open the Person or Company record you want to check.You can quickly search for the record you want to open. For details, see Using Quick Find.
- On the Summary tab, see the value of the This record was sent to option.
Possible values:
- <blank> Indicates that the record hasn't been sent to Mailchimp.
- Mailchimp
To completely remove the personal data of a person or lead from Sage CRM, you need to manually delete that data from the linked Mailchimp accounts. For details, see the documentation provided by Mailchimp.
