Ask Sage CRM Ally (beta) AI chatbot
The Sage CRM user interface now includes an AI chatbot called Sage CRM Ally (beta). It is available only if your Sage CRM server has access to the internet. As its name indicates, this is a beta version of the chatbot and we continue to enhance the accuracy and usefulness of the answers the chatbot provides.
Sage CRM Ally has been trained on the documentation published for supported Sage CRM versions. This chatbot is identical to the one you find on the Sage CRM Help Center. You can ask Sage CRM Ally about specific Sage CRM features or how to troubleshoot common issues. Do not include any personal or confidential information in your questions.
When using Sage CRM Ally, consider the following:

All your questions are anonymous.

If you don't select a Sage CRM version in the chatbot user interface, the chatbot provides information on the latest released Sage CRM version by default.

The chatbot analyzes user queries without storing identifiable location data. It achieves this by using anonymized IP addresses to provide information on general geographic trends.
