Completing a task
This method is available in My CRM | Calendar only.
You can set the status of your task to Complete without opening the task.
- Click My CRM | Calendar.

Click the Tasks calendar view. For more information about calendar elements, see About calendar.
- In the Complete column, click the empty check box icon (
) beside the task whose status you want to set to Complete.
As a result, the task status is changed to Complete and the icon in the Complete column is changed to selected check box (
).
Alternatively, you can complete a task by opening it and changing its status. For more information, see Editing a task.
