Viewing appointments for a team member
To view appointments assigned to a team member, you need to have sufficient rights in Sage CRM. For more information, contact your system administrator.
- Click Team CRM | Calendar.

Click the Timeline calendar view. For more information about calendar elements, see About calendar.
- Use the navigation buttons to select the day for which you want to view appointments.

In the top left corner, from the Team CRM for list, select the team that includes the member whose appointments you want to view.
The calendar shows all team members and their appointments for the selected day.
