Editing your email signature

  1. Click <My Profile> | Preferences.
  2. Click Edit Email Signature.
    If this button is not available, it means that you haven't created an email signature yet. For more information, see Creating your email signature.
  3. Configure the following options: 
    • Template name. Edit the name of the email template containing your email signature.
    • Use signature for replies and forwards. Select this check box to insert your email signature into new emails and when replying to or forwarding emails. When you clear this check box, your email signature is inserted into new emails only.
  4. In the text box below the toolbar, edit your email signature.
  5. Click Save.
