Steps to integrate Sage CRM and Mailchimp

1. Go to | Administration | Email and Documents | Mailchimp Integration.

2. Create a Mailchimp account.

3. Get the Mailchimp API key and enter it in Mailchimp API key. Sage CRM uses this key to communicate with Mailchimp.

4. Get the Mailchimp Audience ID and enter it in Audience ID. Sage CRM uses this ID to send subscriber information to Mailchimp.

5. In Email builder, select the email builder that you plan to use for creating emails and email templates in Mailchimp. For more information, see About Mailchimp's Email Builders in the Mailchimp Help.

   You must use the selected email builder in Mailchimp. If you use a different email builder, your Mailchimp integration may stop working. If you switch email builder in Mailchimp, you must also change it in the Mailchimp integration settings in Sage CRM.

6. Configure the following options:

   • Communications and opt-out results. Select how often to synchronize communications and opt-out results from Mailchimp to Sage CRM for each email recipient. View the date and time of last synchronization below Last communications sync.

   • Campaign results. Select how often to synchronize campaign statistics from Mailchimp to Sage CRM. View the date and time of last synchronization below Last campaign sync.

7. Select Save.

   Sage CRM is integrated with Mailchimp for your Sage CRM account.

8. Enable Mailchimp for specific users as described in Adding users to Mailchimp.

When Sage CRM is integrated with Mailchimp, you can use the below additional secondary entities and associated views to customize the Sage CRM UI or create reports.
