Viewing your appointments
- Click My CRM | Calendar.

Click one of the following calendar views:
- Day
- Work Week
- Week
- Month
- Agenda
For more information about calendar elements, see About calendar.
- If you are on the Agenda view, from Type, select Appointments Only.
- Use the navigation buttons to select the day, date range, or month for which you want to view appointments.
- Optionally, you can filter the appointments in the list:
- To filter appointments by action, select the action type from Action.
- To filter appointments by status, select the status from Status.
Each appointment is marked with an icon indicating its action. For more information about these icons, see Details panel. Recurring appointments are marked with
.
- To open an appointment, double-click it.
When you are in the Day, Work Week, Week , or Month view, you can click an appointment to view its detailed summary without leaving the current calendar view.
